Finest Recruits is recruiting an experienced Service Charge Bookkeeper for a Hertfordshire-based property management firm in Potters Bar. The role is office-based with potential hybrid working after probation.
You will set annual service charge budgets, maintain ledgers, handle leaseholder queries, reconcile bank accounts, prepare year-end accounts, and support general office duties. AAT Level 3 is desirable, and strong Excel skills are essential.
