On offer is a home‑based position where you will take the technical lead across your patch, carrying out condition surveys, assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates, while working closely with site‑based teams with complete autonomy over your working day.

This role would suit a Surveying professional looking to develop further, take on greater responsibility and progress their career within a supportive and forward‑thinking organisation.

• Building, facilities and estates surveying across a cluster of sites
• Assessing maintenance requirements and producing cost estimates
• Supporting planned maintenance and minor improvement works
• Home-based with regular travel across sites within the London North Patch

• Background in Building Surveying, Estates or Facilities Management
• Comfortable in a highly autonomous position
• Able to obtain or already hold a DBS check
• Full UK driving licence
