Hybrid working available after training - but must live within a commutable distance of the office.

A well-established organisation in South Mimms is seeking a confident and customer-focused individual to join their busy Customer Experience team. This is a full-time temporary role offering an immediate start and free onsite parking.

About the role:

You'll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for handling customer enquiries and processing orders across multiple service areas. The role involves managing communications, resolving queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery through various channels.

Key responsibilities:

Processing customer orders, quotations, and account setups
Responding to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems effectively
Supporting service improvements and contributing to customer guidance materials
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Providing training and support to team members when needed

What we're looking for:

Experience in a customer service or sales support environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Confident using MS Office and CRM or ERP systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of GDPR and compliance standards is desirable
