The Role

• Year3 Learning Support Assistant
• Flexible working: job share / AM & PM / 2–3 days or full‑time
• Temp to perm opportunity
• Suitable for experienced LSAs or support staff

• Ofsted judged quality of education, behaviour & attitudes, personal development, leadership & management, and early years provision all Good in the latest inspection
• Mixed primary school for ages 3–11
• Supportive, inclusive staff team focused on pupil progress
• Convenient travel links close to rail station with services into London and surrounding areas; easy access to the M25 and A1(M); local bus routes nearby Potters bar

• Experience supporting pupils, ideally in Key Stage2
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Positive, flexible approach with strong communication skills
