Recruitment Resourcer

We are a busy recruitment agency based in Potters Bar, offering 24-hour services to the transport & logistics sector. The agency now requires a recruitment resourcer to support and primarily find drivers for a friendly team of account managers and consultants.

Hours and work patterns

5 days a week. Flexibility will be required to accommodate peak periods in the transport and logistics industry.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Main Duties

Sourcing new and former drivers for the agency
Carrying out database and job board searches
Marketing and placing driver recruitment advertisements
Interviewing and checking the suitability of candidates
Assisting other agency members of the team when needed
Ad-hoc duties as necessary Requirements

One year of office-based recruitment agency experience
High level of spoken English
Professional telephone manner
Logistically minded
Punctuality, flexibility, and professionalism
Computer skills - Word & Excel proficient, Joined Up desirable
Typing, spelling, and good knowledge of spreadsheets
Must be prepared to familiarise yourself with the Account Management Team and become an integral part of our business
Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry will be advantageous
