General Manager

You will understand and promote the company values and work closely with marketing to ensure the sport and opportunity is being reached by all.

• Lead daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, sales performance, and operational excellence.
• Manage and supervise team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a motivated and cohesive workforce.
• Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product displays, inventory levels, and promotional activities that enhance sales.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
• Cultivate strong communication channels within the team and with customers to ensure clarity, professionalism, and positive engagement.
• Utilize organizational skills to streamline processes, improve time management across departments, and ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain phone etiquette standards when interacting with customers or vendors via phone or email.
• Support hiring efforts by participating in recruitment processes to attract talented individuals aligned with company values.

• Proven management experience in retail, hospitality or leisure related customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated supervising experience with teams of varying sizes; ability to lead through influence and motivation.
• Strong background in sales management with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Excellent leadership skills complemented by effective communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Familiarity with merchandising principles, inventory control, and retail administrative procedures.
• Experience in team management that emphasizes coaching, development, and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
