Full-Time Member Experience Advisor (North Coventry)

American Heritage Credit Union, a $5 billion financial institution, has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Member Experience Advisor at our North Coventry branch. This position provides a premier level of service to members, clients, and associates to enhance the overall member experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Process account‑related requests such as opening basic consumer accounts and performing file maintenance (e.g., address changes, name changes, adding/removing signers/owners, plastic card requests).
• Process basic consumer loan‑related requests, including submitting applications, booking, and disbursing, and file maintenance (e.g., modification of agreements, Skip‑A‑Pay).
• Utilize sales tracking systems, member data warehouse programs, and other tools to analyze members’ engagement and offer solutions for their current/future life stage(s).
• Connect members to Subject Matter Experts via Smart Office/VANA technology to assist with specialized financial needs (lending, mortgages, account services, IRC).

Qualifications
:

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Full‑time position—rotating evening and Saturday hours are required.
• FICEP certification preferred.
