- 3). We have immediate Per Diem opportunities available for Special Instructors throughout Bucks County, PA. As a business started by women to help children with disabilities, we’re accustomed to fighting for change. We’re dedicated to increasing representation for people of all backgrounds in our industry. • B.A. or B.S. in Early Childhood or Special Education
• Significant early intervention experience (birth to three) serving infants/toddlers with special needs and their families
• Demonstrated ability to work with a culturally diverse population

• Bilingual/ASL
• Home-Based Service Delivery Experience
• Master's in Early Childhood Special Education
