• Provide patient medication support and education.
• Lead and develop pharmacy staff, facilitating growth and training.
• Oversee pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory compliance, inventory management, and financial profitability.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and fraud prevention.
• Act as a member of the patient care team, engaging with clinic providers and their clinical staff.

• Bachelor of Science or Pharm
  
  D in Pharmacy from an accredited university.
• Active pharmacy license and certification as required by state regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacist experience, with at least 3 years in pharmacy management.
• Previous retail pharmacy management experience is preferred; 340b knowledge is a bonus.
• Immunization certification and vaccination administration skills preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and excellent patient service skills.

• Standing for long periods.
• Fine motor skills for repetitive hand motions via keyboard or phone.
• Effective hearing, writing, and speaking abilities.
