We are seeking a dedicated RN Staff Education/Infection Prevention Specialist to lead clinical training efforts and ensure our infection control practices exceed regulatory standards.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate staff education programs to support clinical excellence and compliance.
• Monitor and lead infection prevention and control initiatives in alignment with CDC, CMS, and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and deliver effective in-service education.
• Conduct audits, analyze trends, and implement strategies to reduce infection risks.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing and support staff.

• Current RN license (PA, in good standing).
• Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) training preferred or willingness to complete upon hire.
• Previous experience in staff education, training, or infection control in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
