Personal Care Assistant – PCA

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support residents in a Senior Living Community. You will provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities and help maintain an independent lifestyle for our residents.

$15.00/hr – $17.00/hr

• Assist residents with bathing, eating, dressing and personal hygiene as needed.
• Inform supervisor and other staff of changes in residents’ conditions and document observations thoroughly.
• Follow medication reminder procedures to ensure residents take medications at the correct day and time.
• Answer emergency call lights and respond appropriately.
• Perform dining room duties and assist with residents’ dining needs.

• Current certificate in an accredited First Aid course and CPR is required.
• Participation in a medication course is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and well‑being of patients and visitors.
