Quaint 41‑bed facility on eight acres outside Pottstown city limits. Kadima at Pottstown is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, resident‑centered care on our dynamic, family‑centered team.

• Optimize patients’ physical abilities and skills by assisting in screening protocols.
• Implement treatment plans for all assigned patients.
• Deliver treatment to achieve objectives according to the established plan.
• Accurately document progress toward objectives and communicate patient status and needs to patients and their families.
• Comply with infection control procedures and environment safety protocols within a facility. Embrace the interdisciplinary team concept.

• Valid Pennsylvania state license.
