Looking for a rewarding warehouse position with excellent pay and room to grow? People Share is hiring a Material Handler / Forklift Operator for a leading manufacturing facility on 3rd shift. Previous forklift experience is preferred, but candidates with warehouse experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.

This position is responsible for all material control functions including shipping, receiving, maintaining rack storage locations, labeling, wrapping, and packing finished goods and incoming raw materials. The Material Handler will work closely with Production and Batching teams to ensure the production line and batching tower remain supplied with the materials needed to support ongoing operations.

• Comply with all Federal Hazardous Waste procedures and applicable local and state regulations
• Comply with all DOT handling and shipping requirements for hazardous materials
• Become certified on required industrial equipment, including:
  • Sit-down electric forklifts
  • Electric reach trucks
  • Electric pallet trucks
• Assist with physical inventory counts
• Receive, store, and put away raw materials and finished goods
• Utilize scanning equipment integrated with inventory management systems
• Label raw materials and finished goods accurately
• Perform shrink-wrapping, banding, and staging of finished goods
• Supply raw materials to Production and Batching teams as needed
• Train and support new team members
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory control experience preferred
• Manufacturing warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift and pallet jack experience highly desired, but training will be provided
• Experience with automated inventory control and scanning systems preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
