Family Services is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit human service organization with offices in Norristown and Pottstown in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Do you have 2 hours for a good deed here and there? Meals On Wheels is looking for a morning Volunteer in our Kitchen in Pottstown. Our K2 position is weekday mornings from 10am to 12noon. Our volunteer distributes meal route bags outside via a wheeled cart to our delivery route Volunteers (drive up style), also accepts the next day's catering delivery, unboxing and putting the meals in the refrigerator, and then receives the route bags back from drivers, giving them a clean and putting those away for the following day.

All weekly spots are currently full, but we love those who can substitute here and there and even take over a permanent spot should one come available. A Background check is required.

Volunteer position available in the Kitchen, Distribution and Receiving. The ideal candidate will be available to commit 2 hours for a good deed here and there.
