We are seeking experienced Independent Contractors in all regions nationwide. This position does not require a real estate license but requires impeccable customer service, strong organizational skills, and reliable transportation. The tasker must be located in or around Pottstown, PA.

• Effectively completing a wide range of field tasks such as property inspections, maintenance completion verifications, occupancy checks, and more.
• Adapting work methodologies and strategies to best suit the unique demands of each property and task.
• Procuring necessary materials essential for successful task completion.
• Overseeing tasks throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfillment with relevant documentation.
• Promptly addressing and discussing any task-related challenges with Home
  365.
• Ensuring the meticulous execution of assignments as per defined parameters.
• Meeting assigned tasks within predetermined deadlines.

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license.
