We are hiring team members for our Sanatoga/Pottstown Location. Team members will be performing duties as cashiers/ sales associate managing all customer transactions with efficiency and a smile. Responsibilities include but are not necessarily limited to customer service, daily chores, and restocking. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service and/or retail position and some knowledge of cash registers and POS systems (we use Square).

Open availability is strongly preferred. Priority interviews will be given to applicants with experience that relates to our industry. • Manage transactions with customers using cash or credit
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
• Issue receipts, handle refunds/exchanges where warranted
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Cross-sell/upsell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when they enter the store and bid farewell when they leave
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
• Bag, box, or wrap packages
• Restocking and unpacking new stock
• Be a team player

• Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role in sales
• Basic PC/smartphone knowledge
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
• Good math skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented

High school diploma/GED or above
