Position Overview
The Keyholder is responsible for supporting overall store sales, staff development, merchandise, and customer service, while promoting a sales culture to build productivity and passion for the brand. This position ensures that all internal and external customers receive exemplary service and a positive store/brand experience.
Responsibilities- SALES GENERATION:
- Meet sales goals; continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
- Support the development of associates' sales techniques, ensuring elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and fluency in selling across all product categories with growth potential within the company
- Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor; collaborate with the management team to identify marketing opportunities to support sales
- Work with the Store Manager to develop events/incentives that grow the customer base, with emphasis on building the local market
- CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service to achieve World Class Service standards
- Maintain constant client communication through client books and client database
- Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
- Assist sales associates with customer service issues such as dissatisfied customers, returns, or defective merchandise
- Empower associates to make decisions in the customer's best interest that also support the Company’s philosophy
- Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
- Ability to gather first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in products and services
- Customer-centric mindset; ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for fashion
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable
- Ability to support management with supervision of scheduled staff in the store
