Position Overview

The Keyholder is responsible for supporting overall store sales, staff development, merchandise, and customer service, while promoting a sales culture to build productivity and passion for the brand. This position ensures that all internal and external customers receive exemplary service and a positive store/brand experience.

• SALES GENERATION:
  • Meet sales goals; continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals
  • Support the development of associates' sales techniques, ensuring elevated levels of sales and service to maximize sales
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and fluency in selling across all product categories with growth potential within the company
  • Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor; collaborate with the management team to identify marketing opportunities to support sales
  • Work with the Store Manager to develop events/incentives that grow the customer base, with emphasis on building the local market
• CUSTOMER SERVICE:
  • Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service to achieve World Class Service standards
  • Maintain constant client communication through client books and client database
  • Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
  • Assist sales associates with customer service issues such as dissatisfied customers, returns, or defective merchandise
  • Empower associates to make decisions in the customer's best interest that also support the Company’s philosophy

• Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
• Ability to gather first-hand customer information and use it for improvements in products and services
• Customer-centric mindset; ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers
• Knowledge and enthusiasm for fashion
• Excellent communication skills
• Availability to work weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable
• Ability to support management with supervision of scheduled staff in the store
