As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! • You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, suggesting suitable items.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You are flexible and can work in any zone – Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You assist your team and embrace teamwork.
• You act with integrity and follow AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You have energy to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
