Western is seeking motivated, high-energy sales professionals ready to grow their careers. The Residential Sales Representative drives new residential business by selling pest control services, building rapport with homeowners, identifying pest concerns, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs and exceed sales goals.
ResponsibilitiesForget all the boring sales jobs you’ve ever had. With Western, you’ll be empowered to work autonomously, solve real problems, and be a true superstar in your community. In addition to servicing our huge pool of customers, think creatively (and grow your commissions) to uncapped limits.
- Generate new residential sales through door-to-door canvassing, inbound/outbound leads, and referrals.
- Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate customers on pest control services, prevention methods, and service agreements.
- Prepare and present pricing, service options, and contracts clearly and professionally.
- Close sales and ensure accurate completion of service agreements and documentation.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and local/state regulations.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
