Driver (non-CDL) - Full-time

The driver/yard position is instrumental in delivering and picking up customer orders, and in coordinating yard operations to meet service objectives.

• Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
• Maintain an accurate status of orders at all times
• Produce quality products to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Follow any special instructions pertaining to individual orders
• Receive shipments, log items into inventory, and maintain inventory through audits
• Report any quality or inventory discrepancy to the appropriate person
• Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pick‑ups
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies
• Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, and safe
• Process returns accurately
• Present a neat and professional image
• Assist in keeping the facility secure
• Maintain proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
• Assist with snow removal during seasonal periods
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Current driver’s license required; CDL highly preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service orientation
• Reliable and punctual with a safe driving record
