As a Property Masters Project Manager, you won’t be reporting to an office every day—you’ll be out in the field, running your projects, leading subcontractors, and making real impact on real homes. As a Project Manager at Property Masters, you will oversee multiple construction and renovation projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction. You’ll be the driving force on each job site—coordinating subcontractors, solving problems, and keeping projects on track. This role is ideal for self‑starters, leaders, and people who thrive in a fast‑moving environment where no two days look the same.

• Prepare accurate material, labor, and equipment estimates based on each client’s scope of work.
• Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and determine necessary permits.
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and stay on schedule.
• Conduct weekly on‑site visits for open projects; provide updates to corporate teams and clients.
• Identify challenges, client concerns, and potential roadblocks—and deliver effective, timely solutions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of construction management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of general construction and estimating.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various phases of construction.
• Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and cloud‑based systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Base salary: $90,000–$110,000
