The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling billing inquiries, processing payments, addressing account-related questions, and managing follow-up communications with customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

• Process and manage customer billing and payments accurately and timely.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts, billing statements, and payment status.
• Assist customers with questions related to their accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Scan and maintain documents related to customer accounts and billing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to provide additional support as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Compensation $19.00 per hour
