• Contribute to the development of data‑driven business cases for manufacturing investments, expansions, or process changes.
• Conduct detailed workload, throughput, and capacity analysis to support labor and equipment planning.
• Translate production forecasts into clear capacity requirements and operational plans.
• Manage and coordinate cross‑functional projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timeline, cost, and quality targets are met.
• Perform ROI and cost‑benefit analyses to evaluate proposed projects or process improvements.
• Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize process flow.
• Present complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required:

Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred:
Master’s Degree.

• B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel.

Benefits and compensation will be based on a full‑time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job‑related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
