Excellent Pulmonary/Critical Care Opportunity – Northern Dutchess Hospital, Rhinebeck, NY – Leadership Potential

Northern Dutchess Hospital, part of Nuvance Health and now Northwell Health, offers a full‑time board‑certified/eligible Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician position. Sleep Medicine training is a plus. The hospital is an 84‑bed, not‑for‑profit community hospital with an 8‑bed ICU, PFT lab, inpatient consult service, and office practice—all within one campus.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of post‑fellowship training
• Experience and/or interest in teaching and leadership responsibilities
• Academic affiliation or integration with the residency and fellowship at Vassar Brothers Medical Center

Compensation includes an annual base salary of $400,000–$475,000, incentives, generous CME and dues allowances, CME time, a sign‑on bonus, and relocation allowance.
