Thoracic Surgical Physician Assistant

The Surgical PA Service at Vassar Brothers Medical Center is seeking to add a board-certified per diem Thoracic Physician Assistant to join its team. This position is hospital focused with limited office exposure.

• The qualified candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and be NCCPA certified as well as possess strong surgical and patient management experience.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, surgical first assisting, daily rounds, consults, admissions and discharges. Will work with vascular surgery as needed.
• Candidates with at least one year of surgical experience preferred.
