ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Industrial Engineer to support high-impact manufacturing projects through robust business case development, capacity planning, and operational analysis. The ideal candidate excels at sizing complex business cases, conducting workload and capacity assessments, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering insights that drive return on investment (ROI). This is a high-visibility role that interfaces with engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teams to influence strategic manufacturing decisions.
- Contribute to the development of data-driven business cases for manufacturing investments, expansions, or process changes.
- Conduct detailed workload, throughput, and capacity analysis to support labor and equipment planning.
- Translate production forecasts into clear capacity requirements and operational plans.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timeline, cost, and quality targets are met.
- Perform ROI and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed projects or process improvements.
- Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize process flow.
- Present complex findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred:
Master's Degree
- Experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel.
- B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
