• Learning to build comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement
• Meeting with clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions
• Growing your own network through referrals, community involvement, and mentorship
• Working toward required licenses (Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses) full training and sponsorship provided
• Completing our Culture Index assessment as part of the interview process

• A 4-year college degree (required)
• No prior finance experience necessary — we'll train you from day one

With Northwestern Mutual since 2012, Kevin has built his career helping clients achieve financial security through personalized planning. He’s passionate about creating memories with his family, especially outdoor adventures and trips to Disney, and has a deep appreciation for travel.

James joined the firm in 2020 after a career that took him from competitive baseball through professional coaching. He's now dedicated to mentoring the newest advisors on the team.

William started as an intern in 2016, became a full-time advisor in 2017, and now leads development for new advisors entering the firm — the same role you'd be stepping into.

Johnny has served as Director of Selection at Northwestern Mutual for the past nine months, connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. He's licensed in Life, Accident, & Health Insurance with over three years of client service experience.
