We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Wellness IV Therapy RN to join our health and wellness practice.

In this role, you will provide intravenous nutrient infusions, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, and other therapeutic treatments to support clients’ physical vitality and overall wellness.

Services include hormone replacement therapy (HRT, TRT), NAD+ therapy, vitamin infusions, regenerative medicine treatments, and weight loss injections.

You will collaborate with our team to ensure safe, effective, and comfortable patient experiences.

• Perform patient assessments prior to administering IV or injection therapies.
• Prepare, start, and monitor IV infusions, ensuring correct protocols are followed.
• Administer therapeutic and wellness injections safely and accurately.
• Educate clients on treatment benefits, expected results, and post-treatment care.
• Monitor patients during and after treatment for safety and comfort.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures and patient responses.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards at all times.
• Stay updated on emerging IV therapy techniques, products, and safety guidelines.

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Experience with IV insertion, infusion therapy, and injection techniques.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, patient safety, and clinical protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, patient-focused demeanor.
