** position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in
** Poughkeepsie, NY**. This position is open to a
** Physical Therapist (or) SLP-CCC.*
* * Facility is a busy five star subacute rehabilitation facility, minutes from Interstate 91 with a beautiful rehabilitation gym that has plentiful natural light. The 80 bed facility boasts a highly supportive management team focused on patient-centered care. The rehabilitation department prides itself on its Fun and Functional Therapy Program with a grocery cart, mock grocery shopping area along with a variety of other functional materials and assessments to compliment the multiple modalities we utilize.

** Requirements:
** A successful Rehab Director will
* Ensure efficient and effective operations
* Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
* Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
* Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
* Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
* Provide therapy services as needed
* Be a licensed Physical Therapist or SLP-CCC or license eligible in the state where employed
* Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting  #IND

** Good Faith Rate Range:** $50.00 - $62.00
