Join Vassar Brothers Medical Center (VBMC) in the Delivery Room as a Peri‑Natal Registered Nurse for night shifts. VBMC is a 349‑bed regional medical center in Poughkeepsie, NY, providing comprehensive obstetrical services to the Mid‑Hudson Valley community.

Utilize the nursing process to provide quality, age‑appropriate nursing care that aligns with organizational philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Delivery or Perinatal setting.
• Current New York State Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification required;
  Fetal Monitoring certification and NRP certification within 6 months of orientation.

• Manual:
  Little or no manual skills/motor coordination & finger dexterity.
• Occupational:
  Little or no potential for occupational risk.
• Physical Effort:
  Sedentary/light effort; may exert up to 10 lbs. force.
• Physical Environment:
  Generally pleasant working conditions.
• Credentials: RN, BLS.

Hourly Rate: $45.96 – $69.75
