• Monitor and document vital signs, patient measurements, and clinical observations.
• Prepare exam rooms and manage medical supplies to ensure a safe, organized, and hygienic environment.
• Assist with patient intake, follow-up care, and education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians to anticipate patient needs and support care delivery.
• Serve as a resource for nursing-related questions and potentially mentor other LPNs.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and medical testing logistics.

• Licensure:
  Active LPN license in the state of New York.
• Experience:
  
  1–2 years in a medical office setting; 2 years preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Strong clinical judgment, patient care abilities, and reliability.
• Technology:
  Experience with EMR systems; EPIC preferred.
• Certifications:
  
  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Poughkeepsie, NY.
