Job Highlights:

• Oversee the daily operations of the chemo infusion center and help develop processes to improve workflow and patient experience.
• Provide care to patients of the chemotherapy infusion center under the supervision of a medical oncologist in a safe and efficient manner.
• Direct, develops, leads and supports staff in the chemotherapy infusion center.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibits objectivity and openness to others’ views; gives and welcomes feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit; puts success of team as a priority; all to ensure delivery of patient centered, quality care.
• Will make rounds as needed on inpatients to maintain continuity of care.

Salary Range:

$120,000/yr.

-$170,000/yr. (commensurate with experience)
