American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a high-risk Labor and Delivery unit requiring NY RN licensure and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification.
Requirements- Active NY State RN license required
- NRP certification required
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
- NCC C-EFM certification required within one year of first assignment with the health system
- Minimum 3 years of current labor and delivery experience required
- Minimum 2 years of high-risk OB experience required, or OR circulating, c-section, and PACU/recovery room experience
- OB triage experience preferred
- Two professional references from previous managers in current discipline/specialty required
- High-risk labor and delivery unit setting
- Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30, alternating days of the week
- May require weekend shifts based on unit staffing needs
Provide direct patient care in a high-risk labor and delivery environment - Candidates residing within 60 miles may be considered local at a reduced rate
- Review process required for any candidate with prior work history at this health system, which may extend standard processing time
