• Meal Preparation & Service:
  Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of foods for residents, ensuring high‑quality meals.
• Baking:
  Bake rolls, cookies, cakes, and pies, following recipes and dietary specifications.
• Tray Line Service:
  Work on the tray line during meal service to ensure residents' meals are served efficiently and accurately.
• Kitchen Cleanliness:
  Maintain a clean kitchen, including hand washing and sanitizing pots and pans.
• General Cleaning:
  Clean kitchen areas and perform related tasks as needed.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum one year of experience in large‑scale cooking.
• Leadership:
  Will manage the kitchen in the absence of the Food Service Director.
• Transportation:
  Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
• Physical Capability:
  Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and standing for long periods.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Team Player:
  Should be a strong team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge:
  Strong knowledge of large‑scale and therapeutic food preparation.
