As an industry leader, we offer the best compensation package in the furniture industry, including:

• Competitive Base Salary range between $67,500 - $73,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
• Individual Bonus Program: Earn up to $10,500 in bonus potential based on district performance. Bonus is evaluated on monthly and quarterly performance and paid out quarterly.

The DSOM manages and audits the store teams to execute and achieve all corporate strategies and business goals. The DSOM is accountable for fostering and maintaining an inclusive and collaborative work environment that drives business results, promotes amazing guest experiences, and maintains a highly engaged team of employees. The DSOM is responsible for effectively leading the day-to-day functions of 3 to 6 stores including the guest experience, employee engagement, and operational excellence while supporting the RVOMs in the training, development, and execution of strategies within the Region.
