Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K and $80K, and top performers earning over $90K annually. Reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email to visit from home. Territories cover up to 2 hours around the home zip code.
This position provides pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—it's not door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on Home Improvement Products.
