We are the Leaders in Home Improvement.
Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role is commission-based with W-2 benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K-$80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they attend pre-scheduled appointments from home. Territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code.
This position offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers — no door-to-door sales, as consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
