Restoration Technician

Overview

Restoration Technician role nings in Ulster and Dutchess Counties. Paid training. This position pays $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Puro Clean is a property damage cleanup company specializing in water, fire and smoke damage, biohazard cleanup, and mold remediation. We have offices in Kingston and Poughkeepsie and have been proudly serving the Hudson Valley for over 12 years.

• Drive company vehicle
• Set up/take down, and properly operate water mitigation and/or mold remediation equipment
• Remove damaged materials from job site when needed; cutting drywall, carpeting, padding, wood floors, etc.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• General cleaning
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and/or online documentation such as moisture mapping, temperature and humidity readings
• Contents pack out and storage
• Clean fire damaged property
• Perform emergency services after hours
• Board up damaged property

• Must have a professional appearance and good attitude
• Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Some construction knowledge would be helpful and ability to use hand tools/power tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable

Most important thing is the willingness to learn; we will train the right candidate.
