We are seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our team at D Rohde Home Services. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

• Assist with the construction and coordination of subcontractors for additions and new construction.
• Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks
• Perform general labor duties on job sites
• Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Commit to on time arrivals and an eagerness to work and advance
• Demolition, Digging and raking, material handling, & assisting sub contractors and excavators with simple to moderate tasks
• Work includes bathroom remodels, additions and new construction, site work, excavation, & hardscapes

• Prior experience in construction or a related field
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
