What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for A&D, dealers, end‑users, sales reps, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide consultative support to industry professionals, interpreting specifications, recommending solutions, and supporting both standard and custom product needs.
  • Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and provide solutions proactively.
  • Utilize CET to develop accurate quotes, layouts, and formal project documents based on project goals, specifications, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with A&D, dealers, and sales reps to ensure product solutions meet all specifications, from a single piece to full floor plans.
  • Foster deep expertise in Watson’s standard and custom offerings and serve as a resource to internal and external partners.
  • Present design and product recommendations during customer and sales meetings.
  • Participate in customer visits to strengthen relationships and deepen understanding of their needs.
  • Track orders in acknowledgment status and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including decisions, revisions, and customer requests.
  • Maintain and update opportunity details in the CRM—dates, values, notes, and all relevant information.
  • Understand contracts and cooperative purchasing agreements relevant to project work.
  • Coordinate across sales, marketing, design, engineering, and production as needed to support project success.
  • Provide occasional cross‑coverage for other Client Experience Managers—including the Consoles Furniture division—to ensure customers receive seamless, consistent support.

  • Provides consultative support based on established specifications and basis‑of‑design needs.
  • Focuses on pre‑installation through shipment, with the ability to support projects end‑to‑end when required.
  • Bridges technical accuracy, relationship building, and design‑oriented problem solving.
Qualifications
  • How to think critically and creatively when facing new or complex challenges.
  • How to communicate clearly, confidently, and warmly— in writing and conversation.
  • How to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities while remaining organized and attentive to detail.
  • How to work independently and collaboratively in equal measure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and exposure to CRM systems.
  • Ability to learn and utilize CET to produce quotes, layouts, and deliverables (existing CET experience is a plus).
Who You Are
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in project management, design, and/or customer experience (commercial or contract furniture experience strongly preferred).
  • You are analytical, thoughtful, and adept at solving problems with both logic and creativity.
