Frontier Dermatology (FD) is seeking a full-time BC/BE Dermatologist to join our growing organization in Poulsbo, WA.

Located in Poulsbo, Washington, on the shores of Liberty Bay, Poulsbo is a welcoming community with small-town charm and access to outdoor activities. It offers a high quality of life with ease of access to Seattle's urban amenities.

• Provide dermatology care as a BC/BE Dermatologist in a physician-owned, physician-led practice.
• Deliver comprehensive services across general dermatology, pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and a busy clinical research division.
• Contribute to teaching through ACGME-accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs, with potential academic appointments at the University of Washington.
• Engage in collaborative activities such as Grand Rounds and journal clubs; participate in a HIPAA-compliant platform for case sharing.

• Doctor-facing responsibilities include patient care and collaboration with a committed team.

• Compensation: $ - $ per year (1.0 FTE, 32 patient-facing hours/week, 30 patients/day; earnings depend on patient mix, payer mix, and procedures).
