What You’ll Do- Provide care for a full spectrum primary care clinic, taking care of acute and chronic care needs.
- Be curious in an effort to keep more care in primary care; solve problems, answer questions, and spend quality time in service of learning on behalf of your patients.
- Provide patients and family members with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and need for follow up as appropriate during each patient visit.
- Collaborate with other Physicians, Specialists, Pharmacists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals in person or by video in the best interest of patients.
- Perform minor outpatient procedures in accordance with credentialing/privileging policy.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Currently licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Washington by hire date.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds.
- Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Ability to be credentialed under Medicare.
- Flexibility with scheduling to cover varying clinic shifts.
- Proficient in use of the EMR, with Epic experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills.
This position operates in a clinic environment, providing both in person and telehealth care. Collaboration with various healthcare providers is routine, and participation in wellness programs may also be required.
Physical & Vaccine RequirementsAbility to work in a clinical environment, interact with patients for prolonged periods, and perform duties requiring a high level of concentration and emotional resilience.

Per Diem role in Poulsbo with preferred flexibility to support additional Western Washington clinics as needed.
