Assistant Coach for Boys’ Basketball C‑Team at Kingston High School, a 2A school competing in the WIAA. The role focuses on developing fundamental skills and systems for 20‑40 student athletes, preparing them for progression within the program.

• Coach and mentor student athletes in fundamental basketball skills and game strategies.
• Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practices, scrimmages, and game preparation.
• Track player progress and provide feedback for individual development.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.

• Minimum age: 19 years.
• Valid First Aid certification and enrolment in a “hands‑on” CPR course (online courses not accepted).
• Fingerprinting and online background screening completed prior to working with student athletes.
• Experience in youth or high‑school sports coaching preferred.

• The school district will conduct a background investigation covering employment, education, references, and criminal record.
• Acceptance of employment is contingent upon successful background check and verification of required certifications.

Eligibility for benefits depends on anticipated work hours during the school year. This position does not meet the 630‑hour threshold required for benefits.
