Regal Poulsbo Stadium 10 - Team Member
Hourly rate: $17.13 /hour.
OverviewTeam members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part‑time fixed, part‑time regular or full‑time hourly employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring guests receive exceptional service. Team members may be scheduled to work in the Box Office, Concession Stand, or as an Usher. All team members must represent Regal consistently with its mission statement and policies.
Key Responsibilities- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operate POS system and manage cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, & coupon/redemption activities
- Upsell/suggestive sell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX)
- Promote Regal Crown Club program
- Ensure tickets sold in accordance with MPAA rating system and company policy
- Respond to phone calls and guest inquiries consistently with guest service philosophy
- Operate POS system and manage cash drawer, credit cards, travelers’ checks, gift cards, & coupon/discounts, and store inventory
- Promote Regal Crown Club program
- Operate, prepare and clean all concession equipment
- Upsell/suggestive sell
- Comply with all local, state and federal food safety laws
- Adhere to legal requirements for breaks and meal periods
- Maintain required alcohol certification and training if theatre sells alcohol
- Complete training on sexual harassment and discrimination
- Tear tickets, collect and deposit stubs, direct patrons to auditoriums
- Inspect backpacks and packages when applicable
- Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats
- Enforce MPAA rating system
- Conduct theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for theft, maintain safe environment
- Report problems, discrepancies or unusual situations to management
- Perform concession auxiliary sales as directed
- Clean auditoriums after shows and maintain public areas
- Monitor cleanliness and operation of vending equipment
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
$17.13 per hour.

Education / ExperienceCompletion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress toward completion required. Alcohol‑serving duties require state or local certification and completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
