Full‑Time Paralegal – Poulsbo, WA
Cross Sound Law Group is seeking an experienced full‑time paralegal to support our busy and growing practice in Poulsbo. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of paralegal, or equivalent, experience and be comfortable managing a diverse caseload with a high degree of independence.
Practice Areas- Probate and estate administration (primary responsibility)
- Estate planning
- Real estate transactions
- Business formations
- Bankruptcy filings
- Litigation (prior litigation experience preferred)
This position is well‑suited for a paralegal who enjoys responsibility, takes ownership of matters, and excels in written communication. The role involves significant document drafting and direct client communication, making strong writing skills essential.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of paralegal (or equivalent) experience
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and deadlines
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills
- Probate experience strongly preferred
- Litigation experience a plus
- Professional, organized, and client-focused
- Ability to perform case and statutory research
- Technical skills:
Word, Excel, Adobe, use of a research database (Lexis), and a client management software (Practice Panther)
- Salary range: $55,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials
- Bonuses tied to billable hours

The role is in‑person with the possibility of remote work after a 3‑month probationary period. Candidates will manage a case load spanning multiple practice areas across Kitsap, Jefferson, and Clallam counties for 1‑2 attorneys.
