We’re looking for a seasoned, skilled, and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our growing team at Eagle Pipe Heating & Air. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues with confidence and accuracy
• Perform service repairs, preventive maintenance, and full system installations
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions, and options
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
• Complete jobs efficiently, document work, and uphold safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service and/or installation experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (crawlspaces, attics, roofs)
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
