Pay range: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, plus sibling care bonuses and mileage reimbursements (up to $23 per hour).

• Child‑focused individual willing to have fun, play, read, do arts and crafts, and other activities in families' homes. This isn't watching; this job means "doing".
• At least 1 year of childcare or nanny experience
• At least 2–3 childcare references required
• Part‑time schedules available (12–30 hours per week); weekday afternoons & weekends are highest need
• Reliable and insured transportation required to travel to various family homes; families may request drop‑off and pick‑up for activities during your shift
• Cell phone with data to accept and record assignments

• Orientation and training, employer-sponsored CPR/First Aid, and California Trustline if needed
• App‑based tools to manage availability, scheduling, and job assignments, offering the ability to maximize earnings
