FRONT DESK / PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR The Gentle Dentistry – Carmel Valley, San Diego Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
We’re Hiring. The Gentle Dentistry is a busy, modern dental practice in Carmel Valley. We’re looking for a Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator who knows dentistry, communicates clearly, and can keep the front office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
- Answer phones + schedule efficiently
- Verify insurance and handle billing/claims
- Present treatment plans and discuss finances
- Keep charts accurate and up to date (HIPAA compliant)
- Support the clinical team and keep the day moving
- 0-1 year Dental front desk experience (required)
- Confident, professional communication
- Organized, detail-driven, reliable
- Able to multitask without getting overwhelmed
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling software
- Spanish is a plus, not required
- $24–$32/hr (DOE)
