We are seeking a PC Board Designer Level IV for an exciting contract opportunity in Poway, CA within an aerospace and defense environment. This role supports the Electrical Engineering Department and focuses on the design and development of complex printed circuit board layouts, schematics, drawings, and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities- Develop complex printed circuit board layouts, schematics, drawings, and related structural assembly details using PADS Power PCB and PADS Power Logic.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on PCB design concepts, design progress, technical issues, and manufacturability considerations.
- Validate PCB designs for conformance with design standards, specifications, dimensions, materials, quantities, and configuration requirements.
- Identify design errors, deficiencies, and improvement opportunities, then recommend practical and innovative solutions.
- Prepare, maintain, and archive engineering documentation and design files in accordance with configuration control procedures.
- Coordinate with PCB vendors on manufacturing requirements for printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies.
- Pay range: $49 to $62 per hour.
