• Take good care of members and proactively acknowledge anyone who enters the branch.
• Cross-sell services that benefit members and properly track referred or sold products.
• Open new accounts, process and fund consumer loan applications, and process real estate applications.
• Support branch operations: end‑day balancing by scanning checks, dual control of vault cash and card supplies, and totaling branch cash to ensure confidentiality.

• Minimum 2 years in a retail branch environment of a financial institution or similar industry, including at least 12 months opening new accounts.
• Experience with consumer loan processing, accurate cash handling, and proactive sales.
• Ability to actively cross‑sell products & services.
• Maintain confidentiality of member info.

Base Pay/Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour plus incentives.
